Shipping & Delivery
Currently we only ship to Canada and do not ship to PO boxes.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.
Expressions will ship the products ordered by you to the address provided when the order is placed. For security, reasons the shipping address and credit card address need to be the same. Expressions reserve the right to cancel any order if there are any issues with the credit card.
Orders processed through Expressions will be delivered using Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping services. A signature will be required for proof of delivery.
If a different carrier is required, please contact us prior to your order. Expressions reserve the right to send parcels using different carriers (eg. FedEx Ground / CANPAR).
All orders over $5000 will be charged separately for freight payment prior to the products being shipped.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer our customers a 30 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have the original tags.
To complete your return, you must contact to obtain a return authorisation number. You must also include a copy of your proof of purchase with the email.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unlikely event you receive defective or damaged products, please email us and include pictures as well as your proof of purchase.
